Hudson Felon Indicted On 8 Gun, 7 Drug Charges: Court

NASHUA, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Hillsborough County Superior Court South.

Radny Alnos-Ramirez, 34, of Faxon Street in Nashua on a felony attempt-controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge after being accused of accepting a package of the drugs at his home in Nashua on June 29, 2021.

Robert Reidy, 30, of Grand Avenue in Nashua on a felony controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charge on July 27, 2021.

Omar Rivera, 37, of Burns Hill Road in Hudson on a felony stalking charge. He was accused of violation a domestic violence protection order on Aug. 31, 20121, after previously being convicted of stalking in Nashua District Court in August 2018.

Therese Rootovich, 44, of Balcom Street in Nashua on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. She was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Hudson on Sept. 29, 2021, after previously being convicted twice of theft in Nashua District Court in February 2019 and September 2020.

Aaron Sherman, 37, of no fixed address in Nashua on pistols & revolvers; convicted felons-a knife and possession of methamphetamine charges on June 11, 2021, in Nashua. He was convicted on a felony drug offense in Hillsborough County Superior Court in April 2016.

Stacey Slaoui, 45, of Ponderosa Avenue in Nashua on a felony possession of meth charge on June 11, 2021, in Nashua. According to the indictment, she was previously convicted on a controlled drug; acts prohibited charge in Hillsborough County Superior Court South in May 2021.

Jason Soto, 41, of no fixed address in Nashua, on two motor vehicles; penalties and two controlled drug act; acts prohibited-fentanyl charges. He was accused of possessing the drug and driving on Aug. 15, 2021, on Sargent Avenue in Nashua, and on Aug. 19, 2021, on the Everett Turnpike in Merrimack.

Billy Sylvia, 34, of School Street in Hudson on three possession of a controlled drug with intent to distribute charges (amphetamine and dextroamphetamine mix, meth, and ketamine), eight felon in possession of deadly weapon charges (a machete, a sword, a .22 caliber rifle, a Churchill 303 rifle, a Winchester rifle, a Smith & Wesson revolver, a Marlin .22 caliber rifle, a Ruger 10/22 rifle, a Mossberg 500A shotgun, and two blackjacks), common nuisances, possession of lorazepam, possession of oxycodone, and possession of alprazolam, all felonies, on July 27, 2021, in Hudson.
