Atkinson Man Indicted On Strangulation, Other Charges: Court Docs

BRENTWOOD, NH — The following people were indicted recently in Rockingham County Superior Court.

Kristopher Barnes, 33, of Holton Street in Lawrence, Massachusetts, on felon in possession of a deadly weapon and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. He was accused of stealing items from Walmart in Salem on May 18, 2021. At the time, he was in possession of metallic knuckles. In the past, according to the indictment, Barnes was convicted of felony armed robbery in February 2012 in Middlesex County Superior Court in Massachusetts and felony receiving stolen property in Rockingham County Superior Court in May 2017.

Jordan Beaudette, 32, of North Road in Deerfield on receiving stolen property and theft by unauthorized taking charges, both felonies. She was accused of working in concert with Ryan Cooper to steal equipment from inside the vehicle owned by another on July 25, 2021, in Candia and retaining a Honda Civic that she knew to be stolen on July 30, 2021, in Candia, according to the indictment.

Hasaan Beazer, 33, of Highland Avenue in Randolph, MA, on a felony second-degree assault charge as well as criminal mischief and two simple assault charges. He was accused of punching a woman repeatedly and causing a fractured nose as well as throwing and breaking her cell phone on Sept. 25, 2021, in Londonderry.

Shawn Paul Brousseau, 48, a homeless man now located in Manchester, on attempted theft by unauthorized taking, theft by unauthorized taking, and receiving stolen property charges. He was accused of attempting to steal a catalytic converter from a truck owned by North Point Landscaping in Derry on July 19, 2021, and stealing two Chevrolet Camaros in Londonderry on Oct. 26, 2021.

David A. Brown, 34, of Collins Street in Seabrook on a felony theft by unauthorized taking charge. He was accused of working in concert with Brett Johnathan Ferraro to steal copper wire and piping from a home on Kimberly Road in Hampstead on July 1, 2021, according to the indictment.

Carlye Janae Bubacz, 29, of Meadow Lane in Allenstown on felony theft by unauthorized taking as well as two criminal trespass charges. She was accused of working in concert with Fadhil Al Jibury to steal items from Walmart on Nov. 8, 2021, in Derry, according to the indictment.

Megan Burke, 33, of Amherst Street in Nashua on forgery and attempted theft by deception charges, both felonies. She was accused of defrauding Washington Green LLC and-or Haverhill Bank by uttering a false check and attempting to obtain $2,366 from Haverhill Bank by creating the impression the check was legitimate.

Lina Cabrera, 36, of Hollis Street in Lowell, MA, on a felony identity fraud charge. She was accused of attempting to opening a National Grid account under another person’s name on Oct. 26, 2016, in Derry.

Erik David Caron, 29, of Main Street in Atkinson on second-degree assault and second-degree assault-strangulation felony charges as well as simple assault-domestic violence charge. He was accused of strangling and biting a woman on Dec. 8, 2021, in Atkinson.

Joshua M. Cloutman, 29, of Cedar Street in Haverhill, MA, on receiving stolen property and possession of crack cocaine charges, both felonies. He was accused of possessing the drug on Oct. 26, 2021, in Atkinson and retaining a 2019 Jeep Wrangler, owned by another person, on Nov. 8, 2021, in Salem.
